Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with clear photos and your Order Number—no physical return needed. We’ll issue a free reprint or a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hour of purchase before production begins.
